We accept the following payment methods:  Net 30/Invoice, Verified Funds (Money Order/Cashier's Check), Personal Checks.  Please be aware that we will only invoice for companies we have done work with in the past.  If payment is made by personal check, we may hold the completed appraisal report until the check has cleared.  You may place your order for an appraisal and make payment directly on our website. Fees are updated as of May 31, 2010 and include Form 1004MC (for lenders only) as required by Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac.
