Our fees have increased due to the new form 1004MC required by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Price increases are reflected below as of April 1, 2009. Deduct $50 for general purpose appraisals not requiring form 1004MC (generally homeowners in need of a non-mortgage related appraisal).

We accept the following payment methods: Net 30/Invoice, COD (MC/Visa/Amex), Verified Funds (Money Order/Cashier's Check), Personal Checks. Please be aware that we will only invoice for companies we have done work with in the past. If payment is made by personal check, we may hold the completed appraisal report until the check has cleared. You may place your order for an appraisal and make payment directly on our website. Fees are updated as of April 1st 2009 and include Form 1004MC as required by Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac.
